About our firm
We are a boutique TCSP-licensed corporate servicing firm in Hong Kong offering, among others, corporate secretarial, outsourced accounting and HR management services to our clients ranging from listed corporations, SMEs to start-ups and charitable organisations. Our small professional team has altogether more than 60 years' of experience in handling corporate matters including (with respect to listed corporations) Listing Rules & ESG compliance & corporate governance issues, and (with respect to all corporations) structuring and execution of corporate transactions, business management and other corporate secretarial, accounting, HR management and related maintenance services.

Our senior executives
Raymond Lau, director
Raymond has more than 25 years advising commercial entities of different background on various corporate activities including IPOs in different jurisdictions, mergers & acquisitions, equity and loan financing exercises, establishment of cross-border joint ventures and FIEs, Listing Rules and other regulatory compliance and other corporate / commercial matters, with the last 17 years focusing on telecommunication and technology sectors. A practicing solicitor, Raymond graduated from the University Hong Kong with LL.B. & P.C.LL. He is also a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, and holds a Certificate in Civil and Commercial Law issued by the China University of Political Science and Law.
S.G. Lim, director
SG has over 30 years of experience in managing communication and other business operations and overseeing investments in various jurisdictions, including the United States, Russia, New Zealand, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. He also has extensive experience in handling corporate transactions and matters including Listing Rules compliance, fundraising, M&A activities, strategic alliances, corporate restructuring and investor relations. SG is active in the expatriate business communities in Hong Kong, including currently being an ExCo Member of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and also an active member of the Malaysian and New Zealand Chambers of Commerce in Hong Kong.
SG is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, and has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.
